Budaklı Kurabiye

Bugün annemin eski bir tarifi olan bu kurabiyeleri denedim. Akşam da teyzemlere giderken götürdüm ve ilk denemem olmasına rağmen herkesten tam puan aldım. Şekil vermeyle uğraşılmadığı için çok pratik bir kurabiye. Lezzeti de çok güzel, tavsiye ederim.

MALZEMELER
1/2 paket erimiÅŸ margarin
2 yumurta
1 su bardağı toz şeker
1 paket kabartma tozu
3,5-4 bardak un
1/2 su bardağı dövülmüş ceviz
1/2 su bardağı kuru üzüm
Üzeri için;
pudra ÅŸekeri

YAPILIÅžI
Bütün malzemeler karıştırılıp bir hamur elde edilir. Bu hamur 20dk. buzdolabında bekletildikten sonra gelişigüzel parçalar koparılıp tepsiye dizilir. Ilık fırında pişirilir. Sonra üzerlerine pudra şekeri serpilerek servis yapılır.
